About this product

Ubiquitous - seen in all of the best liquor barns and bottle shops, Wynns CSM is, and has always been, a better than average commercial red. The 2015 vintage has been maturing in our climate-controlled cellar and is still displaying generous elements of youthful fruit and colour. Medium bodied, crunchy red fruit, cranberries, red cherries, pomegranate, savoury dried herb and earthy tannins - fruit purity uninterupted by any overt oakiness, a wine that is enjoyable to drink right now.

Dark red fruits, spice complexity, some dried herbs showing thyme and sage. Bold enough to hold primary fruit with some age. Full palate, tannins firm, savory finish. Great wine.

This one was always a good value wine and remains the same at 8+ years old. Don't drink it straight from the bottle, decant it through a strainer to get rid of the clumpy sediment and pour after 45 mins or so and you get a nice smooth wine.
