About this product

A single vineyard gem from Geelong, Clyde Park Single Block D is made from hand-picked fruit and wild fermented. From a 20-year-old south-facing MV6 block of vines, the natural yeast fermentation includes up to 20% whole bunches and the wine is hand plunged twice a day before being racked in 40% new French hogsheads for 10 months. This textured, deeply coloured and firmly structured wine can be decanted and enjoyed now but is a great candidate for 7-10 years plus cellaring.
