Palish straw colour. Lifted fragrance, very perfumed and floral, like a bunch of dried wildflowers. Delicate, subtle, soft textured yet fresh with no lack of acidity. Intense, but also delicate, and very long, the finish ultra-clean and refined.

A delightful floral pungency greets the uncapping. A few years in our cellar programme has seen this pure riesling fill out a little in the mid-palate, developing a little more viscosity, whilst retaining its essential tension. The classic riesling attributes of citrus, minerality and flowers are present along with characteristic Eden Valley soft acidity. This one is still on a journey. It should improve even further over the next 2 to 3 years. Delicious with yum cha.
