Dry, Medium Bodied style of Cabernet MerlotA favourite blend of Kalgan WA grown Cabernet Sauvignon and Pemberton WA grown Merlot. Both wines were wild yeast fermented on skins and basket pressed. The Cabernet Sauvignon adds an element of spice whilst the Merlot brings flavours of dark berries and plums.
