Two To The Valley India Pale Ale 330mL

Anyone can throw hops at a beer. To balance a generous hopping regime this beer has been supported by Pale, Biscuit and Carahell malts. The malty sweetness, bread and caramel flavours help to prepare the stage for the punchy North American hops. All four hops are added towards the end of the boil, during whirlpool and as a dry hop. This ensures we capture as much of the beautiful zesty, resinous and citrus hop character as possible. 75 IBU is a beautiful place to be drinking in, flavour aroma and bitterness, balanced with rich malts and a solid alcohol backbone. This beer typifies what an IPA should be - big but still sessionable.
