Barrel 49 Bourbon Whisky 500mL

Each barrel whether it's Port aged, Pinot aged, Sherry aged, Shiraz aged or Bourbon aged, only has between 30 – 40 bottles. We also flock (another word for dilute) some of our barrels, which means we have “flocked strength” or Cask strength, so the difference is the strength (alcohol by volume).

Notes of pears, apples and vanilla.
