Full bodied red wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with bold, complex flavours. Often deeply coloured.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.

The 2016 vintage has emerged from our cellaring programme after 5 years in outstanding condition. Always a well regarded vintage, cellaring has added a seamless palate profile to the exuberant fruit. Black cherry, boysenberry, plum flavours, supple and deep, are cosseted in cocoa powder tannins - a highlight of the wine. A very, very good 128 in our opinion. (Tasted May, 2023).
