Hand-picked, bunch-sorted, 40% crushed and destemmed, 30% whole berry, 30% whole bunch, wild-fermented, 18 days on skins, matured in small and large French oak (5% new) for 11 months. Highly fragrant and pure in Mac Forbes style, with spicy elements emerging. Still youthful.
