The 2013 By Farr Tout Pres Pinot Noir is a masterpiece of high density viticulture from the Moorabool Valley in Geelong. The name Tout Pres translates to very close referring to the intense vine spacing that forces roots deep into the volcanic soil. This 2013 vintage benefited from a long cool ripening season which allowed for exceptional flavor development and structural finesse. It is widely considered one of the most Burgundian expressions of Pinot Noir produced in Australia.
