With extended ageing on lees (3plus years), this cuvee reflects our pursuit of purity, tension, and graceful complexity.PIRIE Vintage 2021 is bright, youthful pale in colour with brilliant clarity. The wine displays lifted aromatics of lemon meringue and sea spray, layered with toasty brioche and subtle nutty cashew notes. A fine, gentle mousse carries flavours of pithy talc and lime peel. Stylistically dry, tightly coiled and precise, this vintage wine is driven by taut acidity and impressive tension. Focused and linear, with vibrant acidity providing structure and length.
