Pale gold with a tinge of salmon. Wonderful Blancs de Noirs with fresh strawberry, nectarine. Aromas with mineral yeasty crème brulée flinty notes. Richly flavoured with strawberry nectarine flavours, grilled nut roasted almond/ marzipan complexity, some amontillado notes, fine lacy textures and long fresh persistent acidity, Creamy fine bubbles flow across the palate giving line and length. A brilliant blanc de noirs with superb complexity and balance.
