Charles Orban Blanc de Blancs and Blanc de Noirs allows comparison of these two styles of Champagne at a very reasonable price. This comparoion allows consideration of the culinary flexibiility of these wines. Enlightening.

Delicious Pinot noir champagne, very delicate and mineral. Served it to some real wine snobs and they were blown away. Absolutely recommend.
