Extraordinary complexity and deeply impressive intensity of flavour, high energy, a slight nervy quality, gunflint for miles, endless bells and whistles and here you have a wine fit to grace the finest tables in the world. White fleshed stonefruit, mandarine, brine, oatmeal, brioche, ginger acidity - creamy and mouthwatering at the same time. A triumph of the winemaking craft, this is showing no signs of age. Steamed fillets of coral trout with ginger and spring onion for this one.
