It is a crisp acid driven wine, with plenty of fresh lime and other citrus flavours. More delicate than recent years, the balance of palate weight, acid and barely-there sweetness creates a seamless and lengthy finish. Delicious.

Elegance is the cornerstone of this lovely riesling, with a flawless serenade of citrus allsorts, its spine of acidity a contradiction in terms, because it's almost sweet – an illusion, of course. An each-way proposition for now or later consumption.

Pure joy here! Lime zest, lemon pith, citrus blossom, brine, green apple skins and plenty of plush – almost ripe – stone fruit on the palate. This is generous and attractive, the acidity providing the tension and structure that it needs to elevate it into deliciousness. And delicious it is.
