Our delicious Adelaide Hills Six Strings Tempranillo. Part of the Mixed by DJ Deadly series, this wine comes from one of our growers in the Adelaide Hills, in the village of Macclesfield. This bright textural wine is a hit with food or just dance around the house to one of the Mixed by DJ Deadly Spotify Playlists with a glass in hand! Medium red with lifted cherry, raspberry, mint, thyme and hints of white pepper. Made for maximum enjoyment as a young wine, the focus is the vibrant juicy fruit. Flavours include raspberry, cherry, wild strawberry and red skin notes. The mid weight tannins from the thick skins of the Tempranillo add a textural element to the wine endearing it to food. It could also be slightly chilled for balmy summer evening drinks.
