An estate-grown Eden Valley cabernet sauvignon with a nice deep crimson colour and lifted aromas of blackberry, blackcurrant pastille and black cherry with hints of olive tapenade, bay leaf, clove, licorice, cedar, dried herbs and fruit-and-nut chocolate. Full bodied with a lovely cassis-rich depth to the fruit, subtle tobacco tones, powdery tannin, wood spice and impressive flow and harmony at this pricepoint.
