The vines are between 15 and 30 years old and grow in stony, weathered volcanic soils. Hand-harvested grapes are fermented and matured in stainless steel vats and large oak barrels. This dry Riesling is wonderfully fresh, well defined and elegant with a tingling minerality. A delicious wine for every day with moderate alcohol and soothing acidity.
