The winemaking philosophy, carefully guided by the Calneggia family and winemaker Severine Logan, is to create elegant wines. Aromas of lifted spice and white pepper over ripe blackberry fruits. An elegant and smooth wine with assertive yet soft tannins over richly flavoured middle palate and a long spicy finish.
