Prodigy Shiraz 2012

A wine to contemplate, not rush. Truly, a "top grade" Coonawarra shiraz, and there aren't that many of them. From the excellent 2012 vintage. Full bodied, unforced, open, opulent, with restrained elegance. Complex - dark fruit, ripe plums, warm spices, a freshening under-current of red fruit, earthy, silky tannins, toasty oak - very well integrated. Very inviting. Drink now and over the next 2 years.
