From the estate in Mount Barker, Adelaide Hills. Washy, rich, loose-knit number with loads of hallmark raspberry, forest berry compote, cinnamon/clove woody spice elements, turned earth and black pepper. It's generous in many respects but also a little diffuse in fruit character to taste – expect lots of detail in fruit, spice, seasoning and savoury elements but not quite all packed with stuffing. That being said, a good experience overall with strong verity of the variety.
