Dry, Medium Bodied style of Pinot NoirIndependent wineryRich ruby in colour displaying delicate cherry blossom aromas combined to luscious ripe raspberry. The maturation in French oak is elegantly expressed both on the nose and on the palate. Forrest floor and mushroom notes are revealed front palate. Mid-palate hints of black cherry and fresh asparagus, alongside nutmeg and white pepper are displayed. A balanced acidity develops back palate and expands onto a long gracious finish.
