About this product

All the fruit is fermented in open top fermenters before being transferred to French oak for maturation. Different clones to Pinot Noir wine are like patches on a patch work quilt: individually, they look good, but put them all together and they are sensational. There is an obvious masculine structure and brooding power to this Pinot Noir by Helen's Hill. Plenty of depth, undergrowth characters support a core of dark fruit. Elegant yet powerful, will suit 1 to 3 years bottle age. Great value.
