Dry, Light Bodied style of RoséYarra Valley, AustraliaThis Rose wine by Medhurst is produced from 50% Cabernet Sauvignon and 50% Shiraz sourced from their warmer back blocks which are ideal for early flavour development. Strict control of water during the ripening period along with restriction of crop loads is practised. The fruit is picked early to retain natural acidity whilst revealing wonderful strawberry and raspberry characters. The fruit develops more subtle flavours and the finished wine is deliciously dry.
