A wonderful surprise

Enjoyed a glass with my restaurant meal and was pleasantly surprised by the refreshing taste. I would normally only buy my whites one at a time but will make an exception for the Stiletto.

Classic dry Gris with ripe pear, windfall apple and quince fruit, coupled with balanced acidity (no sourness here) and a lingering finish. An orchard in a glass.
