The objective was to utilise the three varieties that grow exceptionally well in Coonawarra on their own and blend them to compliment each other. This wine is made from 100% Penley Estate grown fruit, is co fermented in traditional heading down tanks and is also non filtered to add another dimension. Made in strictly limited quantities.

Full bodied red wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with bold, complex flavours. Often deeply coloured.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.
