Cambrian Ridge Shiraz

Greenstone focus on producing only the finest wines from the finest grapes which means that they have only ever produced very small quantities of hand crafted and premium wines. This Shiraz is totally opaque, almost black dark purple with a deep bright purple hue. Alluring scents of ripe blackberries, liquorice and dark plum arise from the glass followed by hints of dark chocolate and toasty vanilla oak. Rich palate displaying fresh fruit flavours of blackberries, dark plums and liquorice followed by some cedar and peppery spices. Sturdy but fine grained tannins.
