Small parcels picked across the changing terroir of the single vineyard, according to fruit flavour, ripeness & acidity. This wine from Ulithorne is all about texture and freshness. White pepper, lemon peel, nashi pear and sea salt. Long, dry, crisp finish, with acid in balance with minerality synonymous with this island?s wines. Great with fresh oysters, grilled sardines and chargrilled squid.
