Ripe raspberries, plums and a background tarry note. Richly textured and warm with a melange of summer berry pudding fruit, intensely slurpable and compelling.

63% grenache, 27% shiraz, 10% mourvedre, matured in both French oak and stainless steel for 12 months. A strong grenache influence (unsurprisingly) here, with its musky cherry perfume much in evidence. Behind that there's a faintly herbal note which continues onto the palate, although soft, fleshy, sweet edged fruit is the main theme, light tannin providing some grip.
