About this product

The Thing range is Sorby Adams' flagship Shiraz. It is sourced from a vineyard above sea level in Eden Valley. The low-yeielding crops produced wines that had rich aromas of ripe plums, black fruits and wild cherry with hints of warm spices and vanilla oak. A beautifully balanced wine with a length finish.

To be honest I didn't know what to expect from one of the smaller producers and one that was part of a pack deal from DM. What a surprise!!!! This is one of the best examples of Eden Valley shiraz I have experienced. Thank you Simon Sorby A

Beautiful red. Many layers; woody, fruity. Interesting and delicious. Don't normally pay $100 for a bottle but Dans 6 reds offer made this my new favourite. Thanks love it

Obtained in a DM package deal. It is in another class. Rich and smooth, and the aftertaste is forever - authentic, like Mum's home cooking. Now my favourite but for me, expensive.
