SAKE ONE is carefully brewed under the careful eye of the Japanese Sake Master’s supervision, ensuring that the traditional brewing process is used with strict quality control. Only 100% locally grown Japonica rice and pure water sourced from the Blue Mountains is used to make Sake One. Luscious and smooth with well balanced acidity.

I like to have sake with a Japanese meal. Have tried the cheaper end of the sake range, including Australian made, but having tried this one for the first time it’s by far the best taste - and will buy this Australian-made “pure rice wine”

This is a real winner Balanced, smooth and incredibly good to drink. Do consume this chilled just like wine (in a wine glass of course) and you will have one awesome sake experience - match with food to elevate even more the subtle flavour

I feel so in love with this the smooth and rich taste from this Oz locally made Sake!! Some of the Japanese made Sake with 50% rice polishing rate won't compete with this Sake One.

Flexible, enjoy this cool from the fridge, at room temp, or warm it in the microwave. Sip it straight, like whiskey, from a small liqueur style glass.
