This 1953 is still a beautiful, velvet-textured and rare Grange with sweetfruit/ roasted meat/mocha/herb/leather flavours and loose-knit, slinky, dry tannins. Finishes long and sweet. Nothing beats this! The sweet, sweet taste of success. Shared a bottle with my wife and kids and might possibly have been the happiest moment in my life. You have some wines that are good, but this, this is something out of this world. You
