About this product


For the Clarendon Hills Astralis Shiraz 2003, the grapes were handpicked and fermented with natural yeasts in open stainless steel tanks at temperatures up to 32°C. Maturation was in 100% new French oak barriques for 18 months before bottling without fining or filtration. Astralis Shiraz is the flagship of the Clarendon Hills Shiraz Range.
