After spending a few years in our stellar cellaring programme this multi gold medal winning Cabernet Sauvignon has emerged at its sublime peak. Seamless integration and perfect development belie the wines humble price and demonstrate the value of carefully cellaring the right wines. The fruit has mellowed, still retaining ripe cassis, but now wonderfully warm leather notes and chocolate tones have emerged to create a complex melange of elegant flavours.
