Dry, Full Bodied style of GrenacheA superb vineyard site, with classic +llicorella+ soil, in the famous Gratallops zone of the Priorat appellation - close neighbours include Clos Mogador, Clos Martinet, L'Ermita and Clos Erasmus. The property was acquired in October 1997 by Christopher Cannan of Europvin on the recommendation of René Barbier, owner of the renown Clos Mogador estate and founder of the +new wave+ Priorat movement during the late 1980's. Intense aroma of red and black fruits, ending nose with hints of licorice and some notes of undergrowth. First taste is fresh with a great tour, appearing after the red and black fruit, sweet with rounded tannins.

Full bodied red wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with bold, complex flavours. Often deeply coloured.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.
