Big hit of lime juice and fruit, pink rock salt, poached pear, grapefruit, mango chutney, rosewater and Turkish Delight 'dust'. With weight and viscosity and dry spice from the Gewurz... and thrust from the Riesling. Fleshier than one expects and a far drier experience than the nose suggests, there’s just a little phenolic textural chew that provides versatility. Continues the signature label saline, quinine esque and grapefruit bittersweet finish. Unique and worthy.
