Adelaide Hills Sauvignon Blanc

This Sauvignon blanc by Houdini has a very pale straw colour with a slight green hue. The nose has soft kiwi fruit, citrus and subtle melon notes with a fresh mineral and grassy edge. The palate is restrained with fine melon and citrus fruit with an underlying straw like note finishing with a herbal edge and mouth watering acidity. The barrel ferment component adds subtle texture and length without an apparent oak note.
