About this product
Radenti Sparkling is created in the Freycinet winery strictly in line with the 'methode champanoise traditionelle', supposedly developed by Dom (Pierre) Perignon, a Benedictine Monk in the Champagne district of France in the 17th century. The whole process is carried out in the Freycinet winery utilising fruit from its cooler Synotts vineyard and state of art equipment from Champagne. Blended from 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir, this wine has had several years of maturing on lees prior to disgorging.
