A lovely, creamy style. Textural lemon blossom, lemon grass, lemon curd. It's round and full flavoured, rolling easily across the palate, with enough firepower to match rich seafood and poultry dishes. It's deliciously mouth-filling.

An impressive semillon that marches strictly to the tune of its own drum. The mouthfeel and complexity of the full suite of lemon, citrus pith and zest, and a delicious hint of white peach, half suggest some oak has been used. Whether or not that is the case is irrelevant because of the coherence of the wine.
