Brothers Giovanni and Silvano Pasquero-Elia assisted by oenologist Dante Scaglione of Giacosa fame, produce excellent Barbaresco, Barbera and Arneis. Serra is the lighter Barbera, featuring the fragrant fruits of plum and cherry and complex characters of spice, violets and a lovely sappiness. The palate is savoury and dry, making it a perfect match for the Piedmont classic Vitello Tonnato.
