“Paiagallo Vineyard” Barolo

The soil of the “Paiagallo” vineyard is rich in lime, potassium oxide, phosphor and copper and is very permeable. It enables Mirafiore to produce a wine with soft and sweet tannins, strong sensations of fruit and good acidity, like for this Nebbiolo. Extraordinary finesse that belies its power. As with all Barolo will benefit from some serious time in the cellar although as much as Barolo can be this wine is wonderfully approachable at such a youthful age.
