About this product

The Triple Sec recipe dates back to the early 19th century and has been copied and altered ever since. De Kuyper also took a shot at the infamous cocktail seasoning, pronouncing the citrus and prolonging the taste. By distilling the dried peels of sweet and bitter oranges, and mixing the two flavours meticulously together, they came up with this one of a kind liqueur.

Bursting with flavour, no burn. Half the price of Cointreau or Grand Mariner, but also half the alcohol. Delicious straight, but mostly used as a mixer.

I tried this when discounted for margaritas, and was surprised to discover how decent it is, especially for the price. I definitely prefer it to Cointreau for its great value.

I have tried a few but this has to be the best and affordable too - I used it in cocktails but found it was so lovely just with a few ice cubes - it is so smooth and mellow - don't feel I have to look further for the perfect Triple Sec.
