About this product

This is a Master Blend of 70% single malt and 30% premium grain whisky, which is created in the Willowbank distillery in Dunedin. The DoubleWood was aged in American Oak, Ex-bourbon barrels for 6 years, then finished in French Oak, Ex NZ red wine barrels for 10 years giving this unique whisky a ruby colour, depth of character and long-lasting, rich flavours.

Treated myself when I realised this distillery is in my hometown...Opening the bottle released a wonderful sweet caramel nose and it drinks even better!!! Can’t wait to visit at Christmas and try their other offerings
