The polish and vibrancy in this Parker Coonawarra Estate Favourite Son Cabernet Sauvignon are well married with supportive oak handling and grippy tannins. Blood plumb, ironstone, sweet blueberry, oyster shell limestone flushes, mulberry. An amalgam of welcome flavour and deftly chewy oak adding weight. A solid performer from a good stable.
