The Cally 40 year Old is a single grain scotch whisky. Distilled at the Caledonian grain distillery Edinburgh in 1974, and matured for forty years. The whisky itself is the oldest Caledonian ever released by the original distillers and is a very limited release. A very complex, richly flavoured whisky that begins sweetly with creamy notes of rich fruit, buttery toffee and chocolate, then reaches the silky dryness of a spicy finish.
