Bacardi Carta Fuego captures the real tropical flavours of vanilla, honey , spice and a touch of smoke. Aged for a minimum of 2 years in torched barrels, flavours of nutmeg, cinnamon, orange peel and plum come to life. The 40% ABV balances the smooth taste of the rum with the deliciously spicy notes, ensuring each sip is smooth but finishes with a peppery kick.

A great introduction to to spiced rum. I am not a fan of rum however this is a fantastic summer drink.
