Here we have a spicy, granular, red fruited/cherry compote flavoured pinot with chewy tannins. It's fleshy, flashy, bold and intense. It's just the kind of pinot you need when the food is rich and meaty and you don't feel like a shiraz or a cabernet. In fact, this is definitely at its best when there's protein on your plate!
