The fruit is picked and sorted by hand, then processed in a winery especially designed for small-batch wine-making. This dry Pinot Gris is finely structured with great purity and length of flavour. Lifted aromas of nashi pear, raspberry, red apple and white florals follow on to the palate, where they're balanced by a fine, supple texture and lingering minerality.

Medium bodied white wines have a lightly textured mouthfeel with moderate flavour impact. Often pale lemon coloured to pale gold.

Lively perfume described by sweet floral notes, faint candied citrus peel, a dash of pepper, some herbal notes. The palate is taut, shaped with really fine chalky elements, drives on puckering acidity, finishes with a squeaky tightness. It’s very precise, refreshing and fine in detail. It is very, very good white wine.

Perfumed, aromatic, almost lavender, pear and mango. Some richness and spice, acidity settled, and a mango tang, gentle texture and spiciness, fair length. Juicy and delicious. At last, a good one!
