Dry, Full Bodied style of ShirazHyde de Villaine (HdV) is a family venture between Hyde Vineyards of Napa Valley and Aubert & Pamela de Villaine of Burgundy, France. The Californio Syrah exhibits floral, spicy notes in unison with black fruit accents. Delicate and precise on the palate, concentrated flavours of layered black fruit, sweet spice and minerality provide complexity. The minerality combined with freshness extends the wine for a long finish. Rewarding now, it will improve for at least another decade.

Full bodied red wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with bold, complex flavours. Often deeply coloured.
