Fronholz Riesling

Andre Ostertag walks his own path and has been making wines naturally well before the current craze. The Fronholz is a white-sand and quartz site with a rare exposure for Alsace, as it sits on the east-facing slopes of the Vosges foothills. This is a classical expression of a great terroir Riesling: refined, frank, elegant, with a salty finish that is the signature of this vineyard.
