About this product

Situated at the far end of the valley, the Louis Michel's parcel of Vaudésir was planted between 1955 and 1968, over five plots. On fine lees for at least 16 months, only in stainless steel tanks and with as little manipulation as possible, followed by long stabilisation at controlled temperature resulted in this Grand Cru Chardonnay.
